In 2025, the property was refreshed and rebranded as Beachfront on Waiheke, returning to the care of the original family owners who first created this special place decades ago.

For many years, the apartments were managed as part of a larger complex by Onetangi Beach Apartments. Today, Beachfront on Waiheke operates independently, with its own private beach access, guest services, and dedicated management team.

The new name reflects a renewed focus on simplicity, warmth, and genuine island hospitality — values that have always been at the heart of Onetangi Beachfront Apartments.

We’ve modernised the experience without losing what made it memorable: space, comfort, and the unbeatable location just steps from the beach, cafes and restaurants.
