Spread across a generous 150 square meters, our Main Residence is a gem featuring exterior mud-brick walls for ultimate privacy. Electric shutters open to reveal the sea view, creating privacy and a seamless connection between the indoors and the breathtaking landscape beyond.

This magnificent retreat is designed for 4 people, suiting a family or two couples. 

The residence offers a harmonious blend of tranquility and sophistication. The spacious interior unfolds into large indoor-outdoor living spaces, providing a sense of openness. The residence is filled with a range of artwork, including many Waiheke originals.

The heart of this coastal escape is the full kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and gas stove that beckon to both amateur and seasoned chefs. Whip up a culinary masterpiece while enjoying the soothing rhythm of the ocean in the background.

Wake up to the sound of the waves in one of the two double bedrooms, each boasting its own ensuite bathroom for comfort and convenience.  Upstairs enjoy the window seat - or as our guests call it the "perch" - for relaxing reading a book and watching the comings and goings on Onetangi Beach.  

With fabulous indoor outdoor living, step outside to the garden and and an elevated terrace. Here, is the perfect spot for your morning coffee, dining and entertaining, a natural oasis, with views stretching over the beach and a garden adorned with mature palms and cycads.

There is also a well- hidden private spa, perfect for post swim relaxing.
